Content Manager/Author – CMS team

What we’re looking for in a Content Manager/Author:

Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified Content manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content according to our clients’ business goals and brand requirements. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. You will be responsible for the following processes and procedures: 

  • Maintaining content in our CMS for our clients
  • Transferring visual assets and copyrighted assets from design team to the website
  • Quality Assurance of your work and your peers
  • Scope Management  
  • Time and Project Management  

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Create and publish engaging content for our clients
  • Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Optimize content according to SEO
  • Use content management systems to deliver the content in a consistent manner
  • Manage a promotional and cycle calendar and ensure content timing is accurate and planned appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright, data protection, and legal disclaimers)
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw user’s attention

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • BSc degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Business Administration  or relevant field

Added Bonuses

UI Designer

UI Designer

We are currently building new pages, tools, and interactions to cover a major automotive digital experience and need a talented and enthusiastic designer to create original UI. You would be part of our collaboration team that is leading the digital space for for this automotive company. This is an opportunity to design creative user interfaces and interactions for a leading car brand for all of America.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and UX team
  • Illustrate design ideas using relevant UI design tools
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
  • Create original designs
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to brands standards on fonts, colors and images
  • Present final work and concepts to clients

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Ideally – a car lover
  • Some experience with template-based web design
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

Position Overview

We’re looking for an energetic person with superior analytical abilities, great attention to detail and strong communication skills to join our growing team as a Digital Analyst.

This role reports to the Director of Customer Insights and involves frequent interaction with all levels of management, clients, and outside suppliers. The ideal candidate will display the perfect balance of analytic capabilities, confidence, and business acumen.


Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert for all things digital on a clients’ business
  • Be the point of contact internally for all inquiries relating to a clients’ properties
  • Make recommendations and help implement process improvements with the ultimate goals of driving clients results
  • Provide technical expertise on the development, analysis and interpretation of marketing data and reports
  • Develop new data visualizations that help lay people understand the insights in the data
  • Develop new tagging strategies to meet client needs
  • Be the first person that notices when something is unusual with the clients’ digital properties
  • Analyze ‘offline’ data in isolation or in conjunction with data obtained from digital sources

Qualifications

  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills, including the ability to quantify and analyze customer data
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills; particularly in the area of presenting complex technical concepts to colleagues and clients
  • Able to manage your workload across a number of tasks and projects to help the team execute campaigns flawlessly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage a large number of concurrent tasks and projects
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, a bias for action and strong customer service orientation

Required Education, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience in building tagging solutions with Google Tag Manager
  • Advanced MS Office capabilities, most importantly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Production Artist

We are looking for an Intermediate Production Artist to join our exciting fast paced environment in our Creative Services team. You will be part of a team

Key Role Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the execution of all assigned work in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Produce design layouts with minimum guidance from Creative/Design.
  • Prioritize work to accommodate deadlines.
  • Manage and maintain high level of responsiveness and flexibility to accommodate
    internal client requests and changing circumstances.
  • Prepress computer files for transmission to publications and/or clients.
  • Be able to prepare mockups and mount boards.
  • Contribute toward the development of Creative Services team, as an industry leader
    recommend solutions with the latest technological advancement.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Sketch, Adobe XD,
    Invision and After effects are all bonuses.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Power Point will be an asset.
  • Experience using master creative and independently create digital tactics for online/social.
  • Experience ensuring designs are on brand.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of Agency experience experience
  • Solid portfolio of recent commercial work or student projects
  • A degree or diploma in graphic design or equivalent experience
